OUR SERVICES
Boval Group offers a range of services to Industry, Private Sector Business, Events and the Media - Film & Television
Medical Services.
We provide a range of medically qualified staff and equipment to the private and commercial sectors - including; Performing Arts, Theatre, Film, Television, Events and Commercial Productions.
This can range from a single on-location Unit Medic to a range of medical response vehicles, ambulances and equipment - both real and also for 'on-camera' props.
In addition to the assessment and treatment of on-site injuries and illness, a number of our medical staff are also trained in specialties such as; Airborne Pathogen Transmission, Infection Prevention and Control plus Mental Health Awareness - which, in these days of Covid-19 management, are all key to ensuring the well-being of all those in the workplace.
Health & Safety
Our Health & Safety Services range from the simple to the complex - including; advice / consultancy and the provision of on-site Risk Assessments, Method Statements and General Safety Audits - including:
Specialist work for Film & Television (Location Recces & Assessments)
Environmental and Waste Management (Inc; Hazardous Wastes)
Hazardous Materials handling, transport and identification
Dangerous Goods Transport (inc; UN / ADR Packaging and Labelling)
First Aid Training
Our First Aid Training ranges from basic / first time courses to the training of Advanced 'In-House' First Aid Instructors.
We provide the 1 day HSE Emergency First Aid at Work Course (for lower risk environments) and the 3 day HSE First Aid at Work Course (for the higher risk environments) to comply with Health & Safety at Work regulations.
We run various specialised First Aid courses - including; Mental Health Awareness, Airborne Pathogen Transmission, Paediatric & Childcare plus numerous others - including specialist burns treatment
All certifications are valid for 3 years.
Courses can be provided at the client's premises or at our Training Centre in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Environmental
Our team of CIWM Chartered Environmentalists can provide help and advice on the most commercially and environmentally efficient ways to handle products and wastes - including specialist advice on Packaging Waste.
We work closely with DEFRA, EA and British Standards - including direct involvement with the development of British, European and International Standards on Packaging & Environment
